シュラスコをご存じですか？シュラスコとはブラジルのＢＢＱで、岩塩で味付けした肉の塊を串にさして焼くスタイルです。そしてシュラスコを扱う店をシュハスカリアといいます。
Do you know churrasco? It’s a Brazilian-style BBQ. Ppl season chunk of meat with salt, get the whole chunk skewered, and grill it.

シュハスカリアでは焼きたてのお肉を串に刺したままお客さんの席まで運び、リクエスト通りに切り分けてサーブするのが伝統です。
Churrasco restaurants are called “churrascaria”, in which male staffs bring the meat on a stick to guests’ table and serve it as the guests’ wish. This is the way all the churrascaria do.

当店は二時間制の食べ放題です。
お席は二時間、オーダーは一時間半となっております。
