Churrasco is a Brazilian and other South American meat dish stabbed with beef, pork and chicken on an iron skewer and simmered with rock salt. Originated from the barbecue of the cooking method performed by Gaoushos (Brazil cowboys) in southern Brazil, they baked large meats stabbed on large skewers with the fire of the earth and cut them with a knife.
