シュラスコは、ブラジルのカウボーイ「ガウショ」のバーベキューが起源。フォーゴ ジ ション（大地の火）で、大串に刺した大きな肉を焼き、ナイフで切り分け食べていました。「トゥッカーノ」はフォーゴ ジ ションを再現。大きな牛のスペアリブをじっくり炭火で焼き上げます。ガウショがサービスするのは、スペアリブの他に14種以上のお肉、ホディージオ（食べ放題）でサービスいたします。
また、大きなサラダバーでは30種以上のサラダや、フェイジョアーダなどのブラジル料理を味わっていただけます。
